Nell Hills
There is a fabulous place not far from Kansas city named Nell Hills. It is a decorators dream. Or for that matter, any girls day trip dream place! If you haven't heard of Nell Hills yet, you really need to check it out. Every inch, nook and cranny, and shelf adorned with goodness. I usually make a day of it and visit the original location in Atchison Kansas every fall.
On this particular day, I only had enough time to visit the KC location in Briarcliff. There is never enough time to browse the store! Don't these urns make a grand entrance? There's a selfie of me too in the reflection!
There is something for just about every décor and style. I would love to go in, place an order for all new sofas, pillows, and bedding! I think Joe, no, I know Joe, would have a heart attack! While most everything in the store is a great price point, an entire new selection of furniture would not be! Maybe a piece at a time can come home with me! I find you really have to have a plan as to what you are looking for, or you can easily get overwhelmed with so many decorating ideas and holiday décor!

Love that place!! They do 20% off all upholstered items 2x a year and also on wood pieces. That is usually when I buy something. It's taken a lot of years of sales to furnish my house!

ReplyDeleteI picked up a few decorating items, and was hoping to pick up a orb for my urn, but all they had left were large and they were indeed large!
